Yeah, fast one this, listened to Act II the other month, and damn, that's a damn fine CD!
Anyways, I kinda wanted to sketch Dr. Wily, seeing I never drawed him before for this Protomen Fanart Project I've been doing since 06. Kinda.
Guess this picture is more Due Vendetta than Act II.
I personally think he's alot younger in Act II, and more of a spoiled scientist going mad than rather being mad already.
So, this might be in the last part of Act II, or it's from Act I, who knows, the only thing's for certain here is that I will draw a young Wily, from Act I, someday.
He's got some iron-cyberrobotic arm going on there, I like the idea about the scientist being so mad that they start experimenting on themselves, and eventually lose themselves completely.
