Yes. This is out latest sculpture, a clay sculpt of the Bird from the cover of Swedish Gothenburg metal band In Flames' latest album, Sounds of a Playground fading (go buy it, it's really good).

Actually, we sculpted the Owlboy from AsoP first.. but that will have to be posted later.. When we showed it to the band, Anders Fridén (the vocalist) asked us if we could do the bird too, and well Anders, here's your answer

Here's hoping we'll be able to give it to him some day.

Anyways. Took a couple of hours this one, probably 100+. Was quite a pain to work with all the small details and such, but nice, too. Turned out nice in he end, so.. : )

*Sounds of a Playground fading is a really good album. Go buy it, and check out In Flames if you think this sculpt is cool.
**Gonna post the ASoP Owlboy soon-ish too, so hang around : D

Haha, yes, den blev verklighet till slut : D Tog en liten stund... men nu hoppas jag bara jag kan ge den till sångaren i bandet (det var han som ville ha den, så att säga).
Har redan börjat på nästa skulptur faktiskt.. blir en fantasy-dvärg
